I'm Kevin Moshier, LCSW, and I work with adults navigating life's challenges — helping them find clarity, direction, and practical ways forward. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, I've guided people through stress, relationships, grief, and major life transitions, bringing a grounded, real-world perspective to therapy.
My approach is shaped not only by clinical experience, but by my own life roles as a husband, father, and caregiver, as well as personal loss. That experience gives me a deep understanding of life's pressures — especially around grief, resilience, and personal growth.
I bring specialized experience in a few areas: I work with men who want a direct, solution-focused approach and who may not typically feel comfortable in traditional therapy; I support older adults and their families through the challenges of aging, health changes, and caregiving, drawing on my background in senior housing; and I offer couples therapy for partners working to rebuild their relationship.
Alongside these specialties, I work with adults from all backgrounds who are looking for practical support and meaningful progress.
Sessions are designed to help you get unstuck, gain clarity, and develop healthier ways of coping — without getting lost in endless analysis.
I offer in-person sessions in Woodbury, CT, as well as secure teletherapy across Connecticut for individual therapy, making it easier to access support when you need it. (Couples sessions are in-person only.)
